A walk-in bath with excellent workmanship

Dear Mr Jay

I feel I must write and tell you how delighted we both are with the walk-in bath, provided and fitted by your company. It is absolutely grand, as is the workmanship involved in fitting and installing it and in fitting a new tank.

Also, everybody I have met or spoken to, when phoning about various issues, has been so courteous, friendly and helpful. It has been a great pleasure to deal with a firm with such efficient service. The men who came to install the bath, Warren and Richard, were a delight to have in the house and both my husband and I would have no hesitation in recommending your service to anyone.
