Yes. With a walk-in bath, you need to ensure you are in the bath and the door is locked and sealed tight before you start running your bath. However, the bath taps lock to an appropriate temperature so the water is the perfect temperature from the start.
Yes. You must ensure the bath is drained before you can open the door of the walk-in bath. However, all our walk-in baths have vortex quick drain so the bath empties faster than a normal bath tub.

It will all depend on your chosen bathroom design and needs. If it's a simple bath or shower swap it may only take a few days. You will always be informed of the timings before your installation starts so you can make plans around this.
Once you have had your technical survey, everything will be ordered for your bathroom. Your bathroom installation will then be scheduled for you as soon as possible. We will try and work around you as best we can, however, if it is during particularly busy periods you may have to wait a few extra weeks.
Our fitters will try and keep any disruption to the minimum. You will always be left with toilet facilities at the end of each day. There may be instances when the water will need to be turned off, but they will always discuss it with you first before doing so.
The only permit that will need to be applied for is if your area requires a parking permit, this will need to be sorted by you before the installation commences.
Any parts of your old bathroom that aren't staying will be taken out by the fitter. We will then arrange for a removal collection, to remove all old parts and rubbish.
Yes, there is a 1 year warranty on the installation of the bathroom. Our fitters are usually very thorough, but in the unlikely event that something with your bathroom goes wrong, we will send someone to fix the issue within 1 year of installation.
It is important to note that we do not offer an emergency service. We will try and get a fitter to you as soon as possible, but it may not be immediately.
Yes. There is a 1 year warranty on any installation work we have carried out. Your products will also have a separate warranty attached to them.
All products fitted hold up to 10 years manufacturers' warranty. This means that your products are covered in case of a manufacture fault and will either be fixed or replaced by the supplier.
Our care advisors will arrange to collect all rubbish at your property from the installation and take it away as part of our full service.
After your installation, your fitter will show you how to use certain products and the best way to safely use them.
You will also be left with a booklet signed by your fitter and yourself which includes details of your fixtures and warranties.
