We believe in providing personalised solutions tailored to each individual's specific situation. Therefore, we do not provide standard pricing on our website. We provide with a bespoke solution to individual needs - therefore any agreed price will include a turnkey solution inclusive of specialist advice, design, sourcing, supply, delivery, installation and after sales on-site guarantee. We are aware that occasionally items may be purchased at a lower cost from alternative sources, however, we ensure that any work carried out for a customer is fit for purpose, for example, if the company advises a customer on a particular type of bath which upon installation the consumer is unable to use, then the company would remedy this without additional charge.

We strive to be transparent with our pricing, and our quotes typically include all necessary materials and installation costs. However, additional fees may apply if any unforeseen circumstances arise during the installation process or if you choose to add extra features beyond the initial agreement. Any potential additional costs will be discussed with you upfront to ensure there are no surprises.

If you have a long-term illness or you’re disabled, you don't have to pay VAT on certain goods and services that you buy or bring into the UK. Certain building work that you have done can also be free of VAT.

Not all goods and services supplied to chronically sick or disabled people are eligible for VAT relief. In general, the items covered by the VAT relief are things that are of practical help to you because of your illness or disability.

We offer a Free Design Visit where our product specialist will discuss your options, measure your bathroom space and give an accurate quote for you to decide in your own time. We cannot offer an accurate quote without first analysing your space.
