Now is an exciting time to join Assistive Bathing, we are currently looking for a highly motivated and capable Operations Manager to join our Assistive Bathing Team preferably with an understanding or background of the Bathing sector. If you are someone who takes immense pride in your work, has a high attention to detail and strives for customer excellence, develops, leads and supports their Team, then this could be the perfect role for you.
The Operations Manager will report directly into the Managing Director and is an integral part of the business with the main objective to deliver a high-quality service, which exceeds customer expectations
The key responsibilities include:
Manage and oversee the Assistive Bathing Department on a day to day basis; Installation Managers; Surveyors; Installation Contractors; Admin; Purchasing; Scheduling; Customer Services;
To be successful you will have excellent leadership, management and communication skills and be able to cope under pressure, resolving issues in a calm manner and be a hands on leader.
Be passionate, committed motivated and driven and be a team player with a strong work ethic
Be results orientated and possess the ability to enthuse and motivate others to get the very best performance
Excellent budget; numerical and IT skills
Salary is negotiable dependant upon experience
28 days Annual Leave with additional holiday awarded on length of service

Bathroom Fitter
We are seeking experienced, professional and reliable self employed contractors who would ideally have a minimum of three years experience in fitting disabled bathrooms in the following areas:
Scotland; Wales; England ; North East; North West; Midlands; South West; South East; London and Surrounding areas
As an experienced fitter you must be able to undertake works to a high standard and work in a conscientious and professional manner. You will have attention to detail, good communication skills, clean tidy and reliable and be able to undertake the complete project from start to finish.
You will possess a good and experienced skill set in plumbing and heating systems; be able to fit sanitary ware, plaster boarding and wall boarding. You will also have experience in carpentry to be able to box in, fit skirting, doors, build frames and fit fitted furniture.
As this is a self employed role, you will have your own van, tools and public liability insurance

We are seeking qualified surveyors/field managers who can demonstrate the ability to complete an accurate survey/product ordering and successfully manage installation teams, liaise with customers and ensure the companies professional standards are upheld. You will need good communication skills, be IT literate and be a keen learner who wants to succeed and to be a positive force within our small but effective team.
